The Christmas tree

Fir and evergreen trees have been used by pagans for thousands of years but the concept of the first Christmas tree is attributed to the Royal Family of Britain. Since the concept of the evergreen tree was already a trend in Germany, Queen Victoria then encouraged Prince Albert, her Husband who was from Germany to put up a tree at Windsor castle in 1841. The trend soon caught on as the Christmas tree and spread all over the world. cool stuff for guys cool stuff to buy cool stuff for kids cool stuff for girls
